On Friday October 2nd 2020, Daniel Shearburn, loving husband, father of 3, and a grandfather of 2 passed away at age 73. Born on March 5th 1947 in Santa Cruz, Ca. He attended Santa Cruz High. He then went on to serve two tours of duty in Vietnam. Afterward he attended Cabrillo College. He worked for the Santa Cruz City School District for 35 years. After he retired he relocated to Auburn, Ca. Retirement didn’t seem to suit him, so he got a job at Auburn Ravine Terrace. In his spare time he enjoyed gardening and building projects. He was an outgoing and friendly person. He was known for his infectious smile, his kind and compassionate spirit, and his trust in God.
